Recruitment Must Haves:
- Current Referee Contact x 2 (NOTE: the referees must be clinical referees and ideally be anticipating our phone call) or Clinical Competency Record if student
- Up to date Resume or CV
- Certificates of training and/or credentials
- a Criminal Clearance in the Australian State or Territory you wish to work in
- Drivers License or Photo ID
- HEP B serology (or proof of immunisation) (Allow time for testing if applicable)
- Core Competencies - Basic Life Support, Manual Handling & Fire & Safety. RNS runs regular mandatory training updates. If you need to update these competencies please discuss with the Recruitment Team member.
- Registered & Enrolled Nurses to have registered in the Australian State or Territory you wish to work in. Applications for Registration can be accessed by clicking here;
and so there are no payroll dramas once you start:
- Tax File Number or completed Tax File Declaration Form
- Bank Account Details (you may need to open an Austrailan bank account)
- Superannuation Account Details (we have application forms for Sunsuper & HESTA if you are new to Super)
